First off. The kids at the school make my day.
I am the school caretaker, the kids and teachers know me as Rick and I witness how this school works in real life .
The teachers are totally dedicated to making it all work and so under pressure ( reaching defined educational targets) However certain things cannot be measured or valued enough.
I know how many hours the teachers work “Above and beyond the call of duty.”
Behind the scenes are the support staff, without them it would probably fail.
My wife is a teacher at a college and has stated “I could not teach in a primary school it’s too much hard work”
This is a happy school that nurtures and prepares the wee folk from year one to” Infinity and beyond!”
